Monitoring
We have successfully restored all 28 affected connections (19 Gmail, 8 Outlook, and 1 Front) from our backups.
These connections are now active, and our team is closely monitoring them to ensure they are functioning correctly and remain stable. We will provide a final update once we can confirm the incident is fully resolved.
Identified
We have identified the root cause of this issue to be a service outage from our integration provider, Nango.
During their outage, Nango sent incorrect data, flagging a small number of connections as invalid. This resulted in our system automatically pausing 19 Gmail connections, 8 Outlook connections, and 1 Front connection.
We have deployed a fix to prevent any further connections from being incorrectly paused. Our team is now actively working to restore service for all affected users.
All other integrations and our core platform services were not affected and continue to operate normally. We will post another update once all connections have been restored.
Investigating
We are aware of an issue causing some of our third-party integrations to not work as expected. Our team is actively investigating the cause and we will post an update here as soon as we have more information.
